Joe was born and raised in Cheboygan, MI, and is a lifelong advocate for hearing health. A proud Cheboygan High School graduate (1998), he pursued higher education at Central Michigan University from 1999 to 2005, setting the stage for his career in healthcare.

After college, Joe discovered his passion for helping people when he began working for a hearing aid company. Since becoming a state-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2006, he has consistently committed to improving patients’ quality of life. In 2008, he furthered his expertise by earning an Audioprosthology degree and subsequently attained board certification in 2009.
Joe’s career includes a decade of managing hearing aid offices in Midland and Mt. Pleasant, MI, from 2008 to 2018. He then returned to Northern Michigan, serving communities in Cheboygan, Petoskey, and Gaylord. His dedication extends beyond work—Joe is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys boating, hunting, and golfing. He is also actively involved in his community, from coaching little league to volunteering with local nursing homes and serving as a chamber member.
At Family Hearing Care in Traverse City and surrounding areas, Joe embraces every opportunity to help people hear better. He cherishes his work and remains committed to providing compassionate, expert care to every individual he serves.

With over 25 years of combined medical and business experience, Danielle brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic leadership to her role.

In the healthcare field, Danielle has worked extensively in clinical settings, caring for patients across all age groups. She has specialized in working with elderly patients, particularly those experiencing Dementia and Alzheimer’s, and has also provided compassionate care to individuals with paraplegia and quadriplegia. Her hands-on experience in patient and family care is rooted in personal connections, having witnessed family members face significant health challenges.
Danielle’s business acumen is equally impressive. She has successfully managed stores and departments, overseeing staffing, inventory control—including both stock and special orders—scheduling, remodels, high-end vendor relations, installations, P&L management, marketing, and the launch of new locations. Her ability to balance clinical insight with business strategy ensures operational continuity and excellence.
A Medical Assistant certification earned in 1996, Danielle has always been passionate about serving patients and the public. Her core belief that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity has shaped her professional journey and continues to inform her leadership style.
